Founded in 2024, our company was born from a clear vision: to provide a higher standard of service that meets the unique needs of each community we manage. With over half a decade of experience, I have successfully led corporations of all sizes, from small vacant land developments to large high-rise buildings, providing regimented operations, financial transparency, and exceptional communication. My dedication to excellence is demonstrated by guiding NSCC #34 to win the prestigious 2023 CCI Golden Horseshoe Condo of the Year award, a testament to our commitment to community satisfaction and quality service.

My extensive background in condominium management, coupled with my experience in operations, technology, and property maintenance, positions me as the ideal partner for your community. I serve on the Golf Committee at the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club. I hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) in Labour Relations & Sociology from Brock University. As a licensed professional with the CMRAO, both individually and as a management provider, and a graduate of the ACMO Condominium Management program, I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the condominium industry and our unique day-to-day.

Tricia Goetz is the cornerstone of financial excellence at Read Property Management, bringing over 35 years of accounting experience, including more than a decade specializing in condominium accounting. Born and raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Tricia’s deep connection to the region aligns perfectly with our commitment to serving local communities. As a proud mother of two, she understands the value of creating well-managed, thriving communities for families and residents alike. Her dedication to the field is evident through her completion of the ACMO financial course, ensuring she remains at the cutting edge of industry best practices.

Tricia’s expertise goes beyond traditional accounting. She employs accrual-based accounting to provide our clients with accurate, transparent financial management, leveraging the power of ShiftSuite Condominium Accounting software, a platform recognized by ACMO and CCI for its reliability. This ensures your corporation’s financial health is always clear and precise. Additionally, Tricia integrates SparcPay, an innovative online vendor payment system, into her workflow. This allows board members to authorize payments digitally, streamlining the process and ensuring your corporation remains fully informed and in control of its finances. Tricia’s unwavering commitment to accuracy, transparency, and efficiency makes her an invaluable asset to our team, delivering peace of mind to directors, owners, and residents alike.
