Daulton Read founded Read Property Management on a simple but powerful belief: that condominium communities deserve better. With over half a decade of hands-on experience leading corporations of all sizes — from small vacant land developments to large high-rise buildings — Daulton brings a rare combination of operational discipline, financial transparency, and genuine care for the people he serves.

His approach earned NSCC #34 the prestigious 2023 CCI Golden Horseshoe Condo of the Year award, a distinction that reflects not just strong management, but a deep commitment to community.

Daulton holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Labour Relations & Sociology from Brock University. He is licensed with the CMRAO both individually and as a management provider, and is a graduate of the ACMO Condominium Management program.

Born and raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Tricia's deep connection to the region aligns perfectly with our commitment to serving local communities. Tricia employs accrual-based accounting leveraging ShiftSuite and SparcPay to keep boards fully informed and in control.

Matt Lam brings a rare combination of financial expertise and frontline dedication to Read Property Management — qualities shaped by 10 years in accounting and active service as a firefighter with the City of Burlington. With specialized auditing experience in condominium corporations, Matt understands the financial backbone of condo communities from the inside out. His ability to identify risk and communicate complex information clearly makes him a trusted resource for every board he works with. Off the spreadsheet, Matt serves his community as a part-time firefighter — trained at the prestigious Texas A&M University and previously serving with Thorold Fire. It's a role that demands integrity, composure, and an unwavering commitment to the people he protects. He brings all of that to work every day. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, and is a proud father of two boys.
